How do I claim my unit prizes from Ashley?
Click on Contest tab at top of Unit’s website – click on “I Won a Prize” and fill out a prize voucher. Ashley will reward you with prize at next meeting or will mail it asap.
How do I log into the Mary Kay website?
Go to www.marykayintouch.com and you will need your consultant number. If you have not set up your account, leave the password blank and click on Log in.
How do I set up my personal website?
Go to www.marykayintouch.com and log in as a consultant. Click on Business Tools tab – Personal Website Manager…it will walk you through the process step by step. Make sure to print the receipt to use as a tax deduction. You have the option to purchase your website for $25 in the month you begin your business and the month after.

How do I accept credit cards as payment?

What is the Customer Delivery Service (CDS) & how do I submit an order?
Customer Delivery Service is an optional shipping service for all active Independent Beauty Consultants to quickly and conveniently deliver products directly to your customers.
Special attention has been given to each product order to create a positive experience for the customer. Included in each package is a specially decorated box and a beautiful packing slip, along with the items ordered.
As a special bonus for using this service you can send a copy of The Look or two Mary Kay® product samplers at no additional charge to you. You may also choose to include other product samplers, literature or a gift with purchase, etc., for an additional charge.
Only $5 shipping and handling fee will be charged on all orders under $100 wholesale, and $8.95 shipping and handling fee will be charged on all orders $100 wholesale or more. Shipping and handling fee is $35 for CDS orders to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We cannot ship overseas.

Will Mary Kay send me a 1099 form?
You should keep detailed records to support your income and expense information. These records may include, but are not limited to, sales tickets, packing slip/invoice included with each wholesale order, monthly commission and bonus statements and business expense receipts. In addition, you need to perform a physical count of the inventory that you had in stock as of Dec. 31, 2012.
The Company suggests using an accountant or personal tax adviser who is familiar with federal, state and local laws to advise and assist you in filing your federal and state income tax returns as well as, but not limited to, any gross receipts, excise, business and occupation, sales, use, property or other taxes you may owe.
